3. Service Booking & Appointments

• Service bookings can be made via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• We will confirm your appointment and estimated arrival window at the time of booking.
• Customers are requested to be available at the service location during the confirmed time slot.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of technician unavailability due to emergencies.

4. Pricing & Payments

• A service visit or inspection fee may apply for doorstep visits.
• A written estimate will be provided before any repair work commences.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
• We accept cash and common digital payment methods.
• Prices may vary based on appliance model, fault complexity, and parts availability.

5. Warranty on Repairs

All repairs completed by our technicians are covered by a 30-day service warranty on parts and labour. This warranty becomes void if:

• The appliance is misused, tampered with, or repaired by another party after our service.
• The same fault arises due to external factors such as power surges, flooding, or physical damage.
• The appliance has not been operated in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Samsung Service Centre Ahmedabad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the cost of the specific service rendered.

7. Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment by providing a minimum of 2 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations without notice may attract a nominal call-out fee.
